Trouble shooting of lines and Antenna, Down tilt changes and azimuth verification and changes.  The Ops Managers would call for Connector repair or replacement.  Repair of site performance after storms.

Responsible for managing 2 tower crews and 2 civil crews. Read and build sites using blue prints to include support anchor bolt orientation for self-support towers and orientation of guide tower foundation and anchor points. Assembled and erected Monopoles, Guyed Towers and Self-supporters as well as oversaw a crew tasked with the same responsibility. Experienced in Plumb and Tensioned Guyed Towers and the overseeing of crews.
